they are just normal, gross, everyday, disgusting bugs that are attracted to light. just wash the lamp cover and put it back. i hate bugs. eeewww!!!
They are most likely moths. they are very attracted to the light and end up dying from the heat

Most times they are termites. They are called swarmers and they hatch every year. No way to get rid of them except to fumigate. Once they all die or become adult termites they won't fill your lights. Just clean away the carcasses and wait until next year to repeat the process. Isn't having a home fun? lol
Tiny, dead bugs that flew into your house and were attracted to the light and then were cooked from the heat coming off the bulb. Does it mean you're a bad housekeeper or that you've got a bug problem, probably not. Just wash the lamp shade with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly and re-hang it.
Gnats, you would be surprised how many little bugs can get in there.

They could be anything, really. Most often, they're just common gnats (very small) or flies (larger... and everyone knows what a fly looks like, lol). If you live in a region where mosquitoes are prevalent, there may be some of those mixed in as well. Moths are also very attracted to light, but they're not particularly small.
